RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].

In some cases, the return shipping fee is free. If you return the item and the reason for the item is not due to a toretark-au.com error, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund:

After receiving your return and checking the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please reserve at least 14 days from the date of receipt of your product.
